Using the ACT Government’s Access Canberra ‘Fix My Street‘ feedback site

1. On the online form, choose categories from the drop down lists, and provide accurate details about what and where the problem is – you can locate it on a map provided and submit a photograph. Select if you would like to receive a response. Fill in your contact information to create – this will create an account so you can monitor your feedback. Most importantly, you will be given a report reference number, which you should note (it will be emailed as well).

2. Allow reasonable time for the problem to be fixed. Territory and Municipal Services gives priority to the most serious hazards, so ‘reasonable time’ will vary. If nothing is happening after a reasonable period, try to follow up the issue yourself, to reduce the workload on Pedal Power volunteers. If you still have no luck, volunteers will follow up the problem if you email Pedal Power with details including the report reference number.
