Route: From Belconnen Town Centre via Lake Ginninderra to the Ginnindera Dr underpass at Kaleen

Starting Point: Lathlain St/Luxton St, Belconnen Town Centre
Description: This is a shorter route into Kaleen from the Belconnen Town Centre than Commuter Ride 9. Follow the same directions from the start point until you pass under the Ginninderra Creek Bridge and reach a junction where you can either turn right as in Commuter Ride 9 and cross the bridge or turn left and cycle up Ginninderra Dr. This time, turn left and find the path ascends to the crossroads of Ginninderra, Baldwin and Haydon Drives, passing en route Aikman Dr. and Allawoona St at their intersections with Ginninderra Dr.
Once over the crossroads (there are traffic lights to assist you) ride on to a point where the cycle path begins to run under Ginninderra Dr. From here, ride down Alberga St, Kaleen, following the same directions as for Commuter Ride 3.
