The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Copland as Pedal Power’s new Executive Director. Simon has previously worked as a writer and communicator in social policy and environmental issues, and as a campaign strategist. He recently submitted his PhD thesis to the Australian National University. Along the way, he’s developed diverse skills in policy, media strategies and political campaigns and worked with a wide range of stakeholders and volunteer teams.
Simon is joining us from Monday 17th October 2022. He is looking forward to delivering the very best of services to our members and continuing to push for a better and safer cycling environment in Canberra.
