  • There are multiple different ways to renew your membership:

    Over the Phone: Please call our office during opening hours and we will renew your membership over the phone. Please have your card ready to pay when you call.

    In Person: We can renew your membership in person, all you need to do is come to our office and bring the card you wish to pay with.

    Online: To renew your membership online, please follow the How to Guide HERE.

    Bank Transfer: In the renewal reminder emails from TidyHQ, we have provided our bank details. You can transfer us the amount for your membership. However, if you choose this option, please email us a screenshot of your bank transfer and then we will renew your membership.

    Auto-renew: You can set up auto-renew (instructions further down on this page) and the payment will automatically be taken when your membership is set to expire and your membership will auto-renew.

  • Physical membership cards are available in the office and can be picked up for free or delivered to your house for $2.50. To order a card to be delivered, please purchase one on the shop HERE.
