How to log in.

Most membership tasks begin in TidyHQ. TidyHQ is the secure system Pedal Power uses to keep your membership details.

  1. Open Pedal Power's TidyHQ page

    Select the blue button below. TidyHQ will open in a new page.

  2. Select the green “Log in” button

    It appears in the top right-hand corner of the TidyHQ page.

  3. Enter your email address and password

    Use the email address connected to your Pedal Power membership. Once logged in, you can return to this page and choose your task.

Before you begin.

Your membership emailUse the email address that receives your Pedal Power messages.
Access to your emailYou may need it if TidyHQ asks you to reset your password.
Your payment cardHave it nearby if you are renewing or updating payment details.

Renew your membership

Choose the easiest option for you.

You can renew online, by phone, in person, by bank transfer or automatically. Your renewal reminder tells you the amount due and your expiry date.

OPTION 01

Renew online

Log in, select your initials, then choose Contact Profile, Memberships and Renew Membership. Follow the payment instructions shown by TidyHQ.

Renew by phone

Call our office during opening hours. Have your payment card ready and our team can process the renewal with you.

OPTION 03

Renew in person

Visit our Griffin Centre office with your payment card. Please phone first because the office is staffed part-time.

Bank transfer

Use the bank details in your TidyHQ renewal reminder. After paying, email us a screenshot or receipt so we can match the payment and renew your membership.

Use auto-renew

Add a payment card in TidyHQ and your membership can renew automatically when it is due. Check that the saved card remains current.

Change your login details

Use this to change the name, email address or password connected to your TidyHQ login.

In TidyHQ: initials button → TidyHQ Account Settings

Update your personal details

Use this to change your contact information and the personal details held with your membership.

In TidyHQ: initials button → Contact Profile → Save & Update

Update a household member

Use this if your membership includes another person and you need to check or change their details.

In TidyHQ: Contact Profile → arrow beside your name → choose household member

Check your membership status

See whether your membership is current, when it expires, whether auto-renew is active and who is included in a household membership.

Payments and renewal settings

Manage your saved card and auto-renew.

These settings are found in the Transactions area of your TidyHQ Contact Profile.

Payment card

Change your card details.

Add a new card, change the saved card or delete a card that you no longer use.

  • Log in and select your initials
  • Choose Contact Profile, then Transactions
  • Choose Credit Card
  • Select Add new card, Change Card or Delete

Auto-renew

Turn automatic renewal on or off.

Adding a card sets up auto-renew. Removing the saved card turns auto-renew off.

  • Open Contact Profile, then Transactions
  • Choose Credit Card
  • Add a card to set up auto-renew
  • Select Delete to remove the card and stop auto-renew

Your membership card

Choose a digital or physical card.

You do not have to pay for a membership card unless you would like a physical card posted to your home.

Free digital card

Log in to TidyHQ, open Contact Profile and choose Memberships. Scroll down and select the Apple Wallet or G Pay icon. There is no charge.

Physical card

Collect a physical card from the Pedal Power office for free, or order one through the online shop to have it posted to your home for $2.50.
