When does my cover start?
Your insurance cover begins once Pedal Power ACT receives your membership payment. It remains in place until 11:59 pm on your membership expiry date, subject to the policy terms and conditions.
Does it matter what type of bike I ride?
Your cover applies when riding a legal and compliant bike, including a compliant e-bike, for eligible recreational or commuting activities. It does not cover damage to or loss of your bike, and it excludes racing unless officially organised by Pedal Power ACT. Read the insurance details.
Can I change my membership later?
Yes. You can update your details and check your membership through TidyHQ. If you need to move to a different membership type, contact Pedal Power on 02 6248 7995 or email membership@pedalpower.org.au and the team can help.
How do household memberships work?
Household memberships cover either two people or three or more people under one plan. Everyone included must live at the same address. You can check or update household member details through your TidyHQ account.
