When does my cover start?
Your cover depends on your membership status, eligibility and the current policy period. Check your payment confirmation and expiry date in TidyHQ. Read the policy details or contact our membership team if you need to confirm when your cover applies.
Does it matter what type of bike I ride?
Eligibility depends on the type of riding and the current policy terms. If you ride an e-bike or take part in competitive events, check the conditions before relying on cover. Bikes, equipment and personal property are not insured. Check the cover and exclusions.
Can I change my membership later?
Yes. You can update your details and check your membership through TidyHQ. If you need to move to a different membership type, contact Pedal Power on 02 6248 7995 or email membership@pedalpower.org.au and the team can help.
How do household memberships work?
Choose a household membership for two people or three or more people living at the same address. Make sure everyone included is listed on the membership. Contact our team if you need to add or change household members. Insurance eligibility and policy conditions apply.
Monthly or annual: what is the difference?
Choose the payment option that suits you. Each card shows both prices and the annual saving compared with 12 monthly payments. TidyHQ handles checkout; check its payment, renewal and cancellation terms before confirming.
Does supporter membership include insurance?
No. The $30 supporter option supports our advocacy and excludes insurance and social rides. Choose a student, individual or household membership if you want riding benefits, subject to eligibility and policy terms.
How do I renew my membership?
Manage or renew your membership through your existing TidyHQ account. Check your expiry date and payment settings. Contact the membership team if you need help.
