Pedal Power membership includes personal accident and third-party liability insurance for eligible riding activities. The overview below is a guide only.
Eligible treatment costs
The personal accident policy can help with eligible non-Medicare medical expenses following a cycling injury, subject to documentation, the medical excess and policy limits.
Time away from work
If an eligible injury prevents you from working, you may qualify for weekly income benefits. Waiting periods, benefit limits and other policy conditions apply.
Third-party liability
The liability policy can respond if you accidentally injure another person or damage their property while riding. Policy limits, exclusions and an excess apply.

Is my bicycle covered?
No. The member insurance program does not cover bicycles, associated equipment or personal property.
When does my cover start?
Cover begins once Pedal Power ACT receives your membership payment and remains in place until your membership expires, subject to the policy terms and conditions.
How do I begin a personal accident claim?
Keep your receipts and incident details, complete the claim form, then send it to Pedal Power. The team completes its declaration and helps forward the claim to Enrizen. The insurer assesses the claim.
