We’re Hiring! Program Support Officer

Location: Canberra
Employment type: Part-time, 10 hours per week, fixed-term to 17 December 2026
Salary: $65,900 p.a. pro rata + 12% superannuation
Pedal Power ACT is Canberra's leading cycling advocacy and community organisation. With around 5,000 members, we work to make cycling safer, more enjoyable and more accessible across the ACT through advocacy, education and community programs.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Program Support Officer to help support our programs, membership services and day-to-day operations.
This is a varied role that would suit a university student or early-career professional looking to develop practical experience in program administration, customer service, membership engagement and community development within a purpose-driven organisation.
You will work closely with our Executive Director, Community Engagement Officer and Office Manager to support the delivery of cycling programs, member services and organisational activities that help make Canberra a more bike-friendly city.

• Is highly organised and enjoys keeping things running smoothly
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work
• Is confident using technology and learning new systems
• Shows initiative, solves problems and contributes ideas
• Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team
